Flow Table — Motorised/Hand Operated
The Flow Table (for concrete) is used to determine the flow spread and flow ability of self-compacting concrete or the consistency of fresh concrete mixes by measuring the spread diameter of the sample after a controlled jolting or lifting action. In the motorised version, an electric drive provides a repeatable jolting cycle (for standard mortar/concrete flow tables) or a controlled table-lift-and-drop for SCC slump-flow style testing, improving consistency between operators.
The Flow table is designed for determining the workability of Portland cement concrete. The Flow table top is 76.2-cm. dia., finely machined. The stand is fabricated out of cast iron and is of sturdy construction. Holes for mounting on foundations and drilled in the base plate. The ground and hardened steel cam is designed to drop the table by 12.5 mm. The table is fitted with an electric motor suitable for operation on 220 volts, 50Hz, and single phase, AC supply. The machine is supplied complete with flow mould having 12cm. height, 17cm. top internal diameter, and 25cm. base diameter.
