Hydraulic Jack (50 kN to 3000 kN)

Hydraulic Jacks are used across various concrete and materials testing applications to apply controlled compressive or lifting force, including as the loading mechanism in compression testing machines, pull-out test rigs, and load frame setups. They consist of a hydraulic ram and cylinder assembly, operated either manually (via a hand pump) or by a powered pump unit, and are available across a wide capacity range to suit different testing and lifting requirements.

Hydraulic Jacks have multipurpose uses i.e. application of loads while engaged in field investigation, determination of load carrying capacity of piles in the field, tensioning of wires in pre-stressed structures, loading of members of any structure for deformation characteristics etc. The jacks are supplied complete with manually operated pumping units fitted with bourdon tube type load gauge and high pressure flexible hose pipe.
