Jaw Crusher
The Jaw Crusher is a laboratory-scale crushing machine used to reduce the size of hard materials such as aggregate, ores, Minerals and Coal samples to a manageable size for further testing or grinding. It works using a fixed and a moving jaw plate, with the moving jaw driven by an eccentric shaft to create a crushing action as the gap between the plates narrows and widens. Material fed into the top hopper is progressively crushed and discharged from the bottom in reduced size, making it a common first-stage sample preparation tool in cement, geology, and materials testing laboratories.
Manganese steel jaws adjustable upto 6 mm opening.
200kg materials can be crushed in approx. eight hours.
Discharging opening adjustment range: 3-10mm
Suitable to crush any type of stone up to 45mm.
